JUDY CUNNINGHAM - Director , Level 4
Judy is a dedicated professional with a passion for childcare since 1995. Holding an NVQ level 4 in childcare, learning, and development, Judy embarked on her journey by opening Baby Bears Day Care in July 2010, initially at her home in Monkston, Milton Keynes. In October 2011, she relocated to a purpose-built nursery in Grange Farm, Milton Keynes. Judy's decision to establish Baby Bears Day Care stemmed from her own experience as a parent when her third son was born in 2008. Dissatisfied with the options available, she embarked on the mission to create a nurturing environment for children, inspired by her own children, who continue to be her driving force in ensuring the best nursery experience for every child. |

CHELSEA CUNNINGHAM - General Manager, Level 3
Deputy Safeguarding officer Deputy Fire officer Chelsea joined Baby Bears in 2012 as an Apprentice. She has 4 children of her own. Chelsea qualified in 2014 and has worked her way up to our General Manager in 2018. "Working with children has always been an ambition of mine. I love to help each child flourish in any way I can. I love my job as it is so rewarding knowing that I have helped the children reach each milestone. I have three children who have all attended Baby Bears Day Care. that now go to school. "My youngest daughter started Baby Bears just a few months after she was born. Although I was in the nursery, the girls in our Baloo Bears room were amazing with her. Making sure she had everything she needed whilst ensuring the other children still had a playful and learning environment." |
Louise Allen - Deputy Manager, Level 3

Lou joined Baby Bears in December 2023.
Lou has been a manager of a pre-school for the last 12 years and comes with over 20 years’ experience in childcare.
"I am thrilled to join the Baby Bears team after managing a charity-run Pre-school in Milton Keynes for 12 wonderful years. Unfortunately, due to the increasing cost of living, we had to close our doors for good. With 22 years of experience in childcare and education, I have had the privilege of working in nurseries, schools, and Pre-schools.My passion lies in curriculum and activity planning, as well as creating inclusive provision for children with special educational needs. I thrive in creative environments, and messy play is an absolute favorite of mine! I am genuinely delighted to be a part of the Baby Bears family and look forward to caring for all your precious little ones."
