JUDY CUNNINGHAM  - Director

Judy Cunningham has worked with children since 1995. She  holds an NVQ level 4 in childcare, learning and development.
Judy opened Baby Bears Day Care in July 2010 at her home in Monkston, Milton Keynes  before moving to a purpose built nursery in Grange Farm in October 2011.
Judy decided to open Baby Bears Day Care, when her 3rd son was born in 2008 and she was looking to go back to work. After looking at a  number of nurseries for him, she decided to start her own journey in her own nursery. Since then, both her son  and her daughter  have been her inspiration to make nursery life for children as best it can be.

Chelsea Cunningham joined Baby Bears Day Care as an apprentice back in 2010 and has worked her way up to become the General Manager. Chelsea qualified as a Level 3 practitioner in 2014. Since qualifying, Chelsea has worked as a Nursery Practitioner, Room Leader and Deputy Manager before taking on the General Manager role in January 2018.

"Working with children has always been an ambition of mine. I love to help each child flourish in  any way I can. I love my job as it is so rewarding knowing that I have helped the children reach each milestone. I have three children who have all attended  Baby Bears Day Care. that now go to school.
"My youngest daughter started Baby Bears just a few months after she was born. Although  I was in the nursery, the girls in our Baloo Bears room were amazing with her. Making sure she had everything she needed whilst ensuring the other children still had a playful and learning environment."

HANNAH PARKER - Deputy  Manager.
SEN trained.
Safeguarding lead and Fire officer.

Hannah Parker joined Baby Bears Day Care in March 2014 as a Nursery Practitioner. Since joining the nursery, Hannah has also worked her way up through a Room Leader's position to become our Deputy Manager in January 2018. Hannah has worked in childcare since 2000 and qualified as a Level 3 NVQ in Early Years in 2011.

"Being a parent myself to two beautiful girls, it is important to have people you can trust to look after your children. The feeling you have when someone adores, nurtures and protects your child like you would yourself is a huge relief when you have to go to work. I pride myself and the team at Baby Bears Day Care in being able to deliver this."
"For me getting to know lots of different families is the best part of the job. Knowing the little quirks and the favourite toy of the month for all our children and what they get up to outside of our care is fantastic. The relationships we have, to me feel like extended family, and it is great feeling being part of that in a child's early years."
